“Sustainable new” is a fundamental paradox within every product & service development aiming for the best possible performance while minimising the “ecologic footprint” of the product & service.

Innovation is needed to overcome the flaws of the current technology and creating something new. And this “new” lasts in our view in the best case forever and overcomes economic theory.

In terms of minimising our footprint on resources, we aim to rethink every detail to actually deliver on this. By continuously optimising the reduction of our footprint, while improving the performance of our yachts, we radically innovate and develop new & better solutions away from current patterns.

Commercialised products are designed to have a certain period of time to be used (cf. “product life-cycle”) to trigger consumption. Thus, there is depreciation and loss of value over time.

With our yachts, we aim for timeless value. Every single yacht is a peace of art for itself, and a floating computer. We can update to the latest software and keep it timeless on the latest technology.

We understand that this is essentially an impossible promise, but we are still working on it. We are aware of and we know, this is commonly called “insanity”.

The sustainable future of performance sailing delivered.
